The ashwagandha plant is better known here by the name of poison gooseberry or winter cherry. The plant grows in warm to very warm regions of our planet, especially on the Indian subcontinent. This valuable plant plays an important role especially in Ayurveda (“knowledge of life”). Owing to its exceptional importance in Ayurveda, ashwagandha is also referred to by many as Indian ginseng. The ashwagandha plant has already been used in South Asia for millennia.
In recent years, the ashwagandha plant has also drawn the interest of many people, as well as science, in western countries. The berries themselves and the roots of the plants are considered especially valuable due to their range of ingredients.
We source our ashwagandha in organic quality from India, where it has been cultivated for centuries and therefore serves many people as their economic livelihood. With the combination of our organic Reishi mushroom powder from our own production in Limeshain, our ashwagandha is optimally complemented.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively on our premises in Limeshain, Germany. The mature, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting, using our special careful drying process, then ground into powder carefully with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no interim storage (e.g. cold storage). Through the immediate, quick and careful processing, we ensure that all important substances it contains are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural beneficial properties for human nutrition. It may contain traces of millet.
Recommended intake:
1 capsules 3 x a day at mealtimes with plenty of liquid.
Store the product in a closed container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should be consulted before consumption.
