The Auricularia is a vital mushroom with a long tradition and a remarkable organic vital substance content. It promotes the free flow of vital energy.
This mushroom is also known as Jew’s ear, owing to its growth in the shape of an auricle. Enthusiasts are more familiar with it in Asian cuisine as “Mu-Err”, or “Chinese morel”, as a fine edible mushroom.
Auricularia grows on deciduous trees and can be found all around the world.
The Auricularia is also said to be the first type of mushroom to be cultivated by people. This is indicated in Chinese manuscripts from the 6th century. The mushroom has a relatively neutral taste. Its special feature in Asian cuisine is that after being dried, it can swell back almost to its original form by adding liquid. This mushroom has a particular texture in the mouth in Asian soups and stews.
We cultivate the Auricularia fruiting body on our specially developed and produced wood substrate. Apart from an excellent substrate, the optimal regulation of air humidity is important when cultivating the Auricularia. Even small fluctuations cause this sensitive mushroom to dry up and stop growing.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively on our premises in Limeshain, Germany. The mature, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting, using our special careful drying process, then ground into powder carefully with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no interim storage (e.g. cold storage). Through the immediate, quick and careful processing, we ensure that all important substances it contains are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural beneficial properties for human nutrition. It may contain traces of millet.

Store the product in a closed container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should be consulted before consumption.
